Team Training - Is offered to all students over the rank of candidate yellow, at this point they would have purchased sparring gear, which is a must to attend this class. Team training focuses on all aspects of tournament competition and helps to teach students team camaraderie.

Demo Team - Is a reward class. Students must try out before they are accepted to be a member of the Demo Team. Students must show exceptional dedication and ability in the martial arts to become a member. Members are supplied with team uniforms, courtesy of Solebury Club Shotokan Karate.
